The 6:1 weight-to-resistance ratio speed pulley adds additional exercise dosage adjustment options that are not possible to do with a Standard Pulley. The difficulty level of an exercise is made harder by increasing speed of movement without having to change the actual resistance at the weight stack. You can also target different components of soft tissue by changing the speed at which an exercise is done. The speed pulley can be wall mounted or module mounted (call for details).
