Ordering Procedures and Shipping Policies
Ordering
Customers can place orders via phone, fax, email or through our website. Total Rehab Solutions, LLC typically processes orders in 1-2 business days and may ship from multiple locations via FEDEX, UPS, USPS or LTL carrier. If you would like expedited ground delivery, please contact Customer Service and we will provide any expedited delivery options available as well as the cost of the upgraded service. In some cases, expedited delivery is not available. Lead times can vary on certain supply items as well as many capital/equipment items. Total Rehab Solutions, LLC will communicate to you the expected lead times for these items in these instances.
We encourage customers to contact us for a custom price quotation on any capital/equipment item(s) as special shipping arrangments and freight quotes may be necessary, especially in the case of a large order. To make this easy, simply use our "Request A Custom Quote" link located directly below the "Add To Cart" button to mkae this process easier.

Shipping Policy
Supply Items:
We offer a flat rate on ground shipments of basic supply orders of $10.95, basic supply orders over $300 ship free.
Capital/Equipment Items:
There are some capital/equipment items that ship with ground service but they are not subject to the same rates as the basic supply orders because they have large dimensional packaging and ship at premium rates. The freight is automatically calculated at checkout for these items and you will be able to see the shipping charge before finalizing your order.
There are also several capital/equipment items that ship FREE and this will be indicated on the product page.
Most of the remaining capital/equipment items have a fixed shipping rate for basic delivery services either Dock to Dock or Curbside w/Liftgate. If you want to explore other delivery options such as Inside Delivery or White Glove Delivery, please contact Customer Service for a quote. Please keep in mind that not all products offer enhanced delivery services.
Special freight quotes may be required for certain capital/equipment items due to extreme size and/or length (ex.-parallel bars). We recommend that you contact Customer Service for a freight quote, in most cases this is noted on the product page.
Large purchases of multiple pieces of equipment should be quoted to get you the best possible rate and delivery services that you require.
