Total Rehab Solutions, LLC appreciates your interest in our products and your business. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines our final-sale terms.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the specialized nature of rehabilitation supplies and equipment, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any products once an order has been placed, including but not limited to:
- Rehabilitation supplies
- Therapy and clinic accessories
- Capital or commercial equipment
- Freight or LTL-shipped items
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, compatibility, shipping requirements, and delivery details prior to completing a purchase.
If you have questions about a product or need assistance selecting the correct item, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.
No Returns Accepted
We do not issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA#s) and do not accept returned merchandise under any circumstances, including:
- Items ordered incorrectly
- Items no longer needed
- Items refused at delivery
- Items returned without authorization
Once an order has shipped, ownership transfers to the customer.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify Total Rehab Solutions, LLC within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged or defective shipment, contact Customer Service and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
Damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may involve coordination with the carrier or manufacturer. Approved resolutions may include repair, replacement, or other corrective action at our discretion.
Order Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Confirming product selection prior to checkout
- Reviewing freight requirements and delivery conditions
- Ensuring the delivery location can accept freight or curbside delivery when applicable
Total Rehab Solutions, LLC is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect product selection or delivery constraints once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
This applies to all supply items and equipment orders.
