Total Rehab Solutions, LLC appreciates your interest in our products and your business. Listed below is our our Returns Policy. Please read this carefully before placing an order.
RMA#- Refers to Returned Merchandise Authorization Number
SUPPLY ITEM(s) RETURNS
Supply items are the products that are carried in our: Clinic Supplies, Iontophoresis Therapy & Splinting Materials and Bracing "SHOP FOR" collections. The exceptions are the Strava Splint pans and the Splint Form 1000 splint pan. These are considered an equipment item.
Supply items shipped in error by Total Rehab Solutions, LLC will be returned at our expense, please call Customer Service at: (888)399-2775 to let us know of the error and we will furnish a return shipping label. Refund or shipment of the correct item will be done after confirmation of our error.
Supply items shipped correctly based upon the order received from the customer can be returned within 30 days of order under the following conditions:
Customer must obtain an RMA#
Item is in original packaging, unopened and in resaleable condition.
Customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping plus any re-stock fees that may apply.
Items that are damaged, opened, used or beyond 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Items without an RMA# will not be accepted.

Refunds will be applied after merchadise has been received back and is determined to meet the criteria listed above, if citeria is not met then refund will be denied.
EQUIPMENT RETURNS
All items on the website not mentioned above in SUPPLY ITEMS are considered equipment items.
No returns of equipment items shipped via truck (LTL) or ground services will be accepted without prior authorization and issuance of an RMA#.

Total Rehab Solutions does not guarantee that a return request will be approved and an RMA# granted. In no case will an equipment item be considered for return if it is not unopened and in the original packaging. If a return authorization is approved and an RMA# issued, customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees as well as restocking fees which vary depending on the item. The restock fee will be provided at the time the return request is approved and the RMA# is provided.
Total Rehab Solutions, LLC will not accept any return without an approved RMA#
If the return request is refused then the item(s)cannot be returned.
Refunds will be applied only for items that have been granted an RMA# and the merchandise has been returned undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging. Refund would be the original purchase price minus any re-stocking, shipping and handling fees.
Whitehall Whirlpools are Non-Returnable, No Exceptions
Equipment Order Cancellation Policy:
Equipment Orders cannot be cancelled after three days from the date of order placement, no exceptions. If an equipement item has already shipped the order cannot be cancelled and customer would need to request an RMA# and follow the equipment returns guidelines outlined in the Equipment Returns section above.
