Rather than replacing the standard cluster applicator, the single diode applicator complements it by giving clinicians greater flexibility when selecting an applicator based on the treatment area and clinical application.
850 nm Infrared Laser Diode
The Richmar TheraTouch LX2 Single Diode Applicator utilizes an 850 nm wavelength infrared laser diode delivering 200 milliwatts of power.
Its single-diode configuration concentrates the LX2's laser output through one applicator point, making it particularly useful when a clinician wants a more localized approach compared with the broader coverage provided by the standard 9-diode cluster applicator.
Designed for Focused Laser Therapy Applications
The smaller treatment point of the single diode applicator makes it a useful addition for clinicians treating localized areas where the larger cluster applicator may provide more coverage than desired.
