Ordering/Shipping & Return Policy

Ordering:

Customers can place orders for products via phone, fax, email or through our website. TRS typically processes orders within 1-2 business days and may ship from multiple locations via Fedex, UPS or USPS.  If you require expedited service please inform Customer Service and we will make the adjustment to your pending order and inform you of the cost differential.   We encourage customers to contact us for a custom price quotation on any equipment or capital item(s) as special shipping instructions and freight quotes may be necessary .  Feel free to use our "Add To Wish List" option to make this process easier.  Lead times can vary on certain supply items as well as many capital equipment items, TRS will communicate to you the expected lead times for these products in these instances.  We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.95 on basic supply orders up to $199.99.  Supply orders over $200 receive Free Shipping  with some exceptions;  Certain products may carry an extra freight charge due to excess weight or large dimensional packaging, this will be noted on the product page.    TRS will contact you prior to processing anything to inform you of any additional shipping costs.  Capital Equipment -On many larger capital items we will need to provide you with a freight quote based upon the delivery service that you require, TRS has tried to indicate this on the product description page. Some capital items may ship free, this will be indicated on the product page.

 

For larger items that require  freight delivery, the following freight service options are offered:

Dock to Dock -The freight carrier delivers to your unloading dock

Gate Curbside - The freight carrier delivers the package to your location and moves the package to the end of the truck.  You are responsible for off loading the package and moving it inside.

Lift Gate Curbside - The freight carrier uses a lift gate to unload the delivery from the truck and leaves the package outside.

Lift Gate Inside - The freight carrier uses a lift gate to unload the delivery from the truck and bring them inside your facility.

White Glove Service - The freight carrier uses a lift gate to unload the delivery, brings it inside, unpacks it, then removes the debris. (not available for all shipments)
We encourage all customers to either call or email TRS to request a freight quote based upon the services that they require, we will include the freight price along with a comprehensive quotation.  (Keep in mind all the services above are not offered by every commercial carrier, TRS will inform you of the service options available with your order)

Receiving of Merchandise:

Customer is responsible for receipt of freight shipment, any damage must be reported immediately and shipment should be refused. Total Rehab Solutions will not be held liable for any damaged freight that customer signed for and accepted delivery of.

Returns Policy:

  • All product returns require an RA# which will be provided by TRS Customer Service.
  • No returns granted after 30 days from shipment ( Does not pertain to defective merchandise or items shipped in error))
  • Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee (Does not apply to defective or items shipped in error)
  • Customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipping to return items  (Does not apply to defective merchandise or items shipped in error)
  • All Equipment Sales are Final and are non-returnable (Does not apply to defective products or items shipped in error)
