Ordering

Customers may place orders through our website, by phone, or by email. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Products may ship from multiple distribution locations depending on availability.

We sell and ship within the United States only.

For large rehabilitation or capital equipment, customers are encouraged to request a custom quote prior to purchase. Certain items may require special freight arrangements, delivery scheduling, or carrier coordination.

Rehabilitation Supplies & Small Parcel Items

  • Small supplies and accessories ship via standard carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • Delivery is estimated based on carrier performance and varies by product type, destination, and carrier scheduling.
  • Flat-rate or free shipping may apply and will be displayed at checkout when applicable


Capital Equipment & Freight Shipments

  • Large or heavy rehabilitation equipment ships via freight carrier
  • Freight delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier scheduling
  • Delivery is typically curbside or dock-to-dock, unless otherwise specified
  • Liftgate service may be included where required
  • Inside delivery, white-glove delivery, or other enhanced services may be available for select products at an additional cost and must be quoted in advance

Some equipment may display free freight shipping, which will be clearly noted on the product page.

Due to size, weight, or dimensional requirements, certain items may require a custom freight quote prior to shipment. This will be indicated on the product page when applicable.


Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the specialized nature of rehabilitation supplies and equipment, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including supply items and capital equipment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, specifications, and shipping requirements prior to placing an order. If you have questions about a product or need assistance selecting the correct item, please contact Customer Service before purchasing.


Damaged or Defective Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos and documentation. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may involve coordination with the carrier or manufacturer.
